Description

  • Track active project timelines and update schedules based on field inputs, vendor delays, and permit constraints.
  • Maintain JobTread as the source of truth for budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Act as a real-time communication bridge between the Project Manager, site superintendents, and field crews to close coordination gaps.
  • Initiate vendor and supplier follow-up on lead times, orders, and delivery tracking, and coordinate deliveries to match site readiness.
  • Track permit status from submission through approval and maintain organized compliance records and revisions.
  • Generate progress reports and maintain equipment logs and safety documentation using live project data.
  • Continuously adjust the master schedule and identify conflicts between planned timelines and actual site conditions.
  • Resolve missing, incomplete, or conflicting project information proactively rather than waiting for instruction.
  • Escalate issues only when necessary and otherwise close loops directly with stakeholders.
  • Support execution-focused administrative tasks that keep project data accurate and current.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Construction Project Management or an equivalent field coordination role.
  • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and resolve field discrepancies independently.
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and make execution decisions without waiting for approval.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination-heavy work.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously without losing data integrity.
  • Familiarity with construction sequencing, stakeholders, and project execution flow.
  • Experience working in ambiguity and adapting to daily plan changes.
  • Mandatory familiarity with JobTread.
  • Experience with Bluebeam or an equivalent construction documentation tool.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Must be Philippines-based for this fully remote contractor role.
  • Must have stable internet, a working computer, and reliable communication setup.
  • US-aligned working hours are required for real-time coordination overlap.
