Description

  • Work directly with clients to identify their highest-impact problems and define the scope of the work.
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into structured technical approaches and solution plans.
  • Design and deploy scalable, AI-powered solutions for client engagements.
  • Build alongside clients in real time and iterate quickly to demonstrate value throughout the engagement.
  • Ensure solutions are adopted and effective after delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders in high-stakes environments to align on objectives and outcomes.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across software engineering, data engineering, data science, or applied AI.
  • Experience building and deploying data-driven or AI-powered systems in production.
  • Experience with Next.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience developing workflows, automation, or agent-based systems with modern LLM/AI APIs.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and scalable system design on cloud platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience partnering directly with clients or stakeholders to solve ambiguous problems.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where speed and quality are both expected.
  • Experience in consulting, revenue operations, or go-to-market strategy is a strong plus.
