Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Regional VPs, and sales leadership to advance and close strategic opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution overviews for business and technical audiences.
  • Conduct technical discovery, needs assessments, and consultations to shape customer solutions.
  • Respond to RFx, RFP, and other bid requests in partnership with the global bid and product management teams.
  • Deliver proof-of-concepts and help manage POC scope and execution.
  • Provide customer support throughout the sales cycle with functional and technical solution expertise.
  • Share field feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights with product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams.
  • Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, presentations, RFP responses, and scope management.
  • Participate in trade shows and other customer-facing events as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Solutions Engineering experience with demonstrated success in Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, and/or Identity Security.
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and MCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of major cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.
  • Good understanding of DevOps processes, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through technical certifications.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISACA, (ISC)², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Security Engineer are accepted as equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, listening, and customer responsiveness skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and work remotely in the Southeast region.
