Description

  • Recruit, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers.
  • Lead and support high-impact customer engagements, including discovery sessions, workshops, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Guide the creation of customized presentations, demos, and proof of concepts that address customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive-level contacts.
  • Drive best practices and processes for pre-sales work, including RFP responses, business case development, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor and prioritize team activities to support top regional opportunities on time and effectively.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and Solutions Strategy teams to influence product direction and market positioning.
  • Serve as a liaison between pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success and Professional Services.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align technical strategy with revenue objectives and regional priorities.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management on thought leadership materials and offering refinements based on market feedback.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, or related domains.
  • Proven track record in pre-sales leadership or consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Equivalent experience may include certifications such as ISACA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Security Engineer.
  • Strong technical aptitude and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Expertise in identity governance, access management, cloud security, and related domains.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational planning, project management, and process optimization.
  • Positive, customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence.
