Description

  • Lead the end-to-end proof of concept from solution design through validation.
  • Define and document the solution architecture and transformation roadmap.
  • Align business objectives with SAP capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Map end-to-end supply chain processes from forecasting through project execution.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and gaps across systems and workflows.
  • Recommend optimized and scalable process frameworks.
  • Evaluate planning capabilities across SAP modules and external systems.
  • Identify and address planning gaps between SAP and external systems.
  • Assess Bill of Materials structures and contract manufacturing models.
  • Work with business and IT stakeholders to validate requirements and present findings to leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on supply chain solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead in SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
  • Deep functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM).
  • Deep functional expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP).
  • Deep functional expertise in SAP Project System (PS).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of MRP, demand planning, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in proof of concept work, solution design, and transformation roadmap creation.
  • Exposure to contract manufacturing and complex Bill of Materials structures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP IBP, APO, or S&OP processes is preferred.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing or Oil & Gas is preferred.
  • Prior experience in multi-system integration environments is preferred.
