Description

  • Assist project managers with planning and executing SAP implementation or training projects.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
  • Coordinate communication between SAP consultants, developers, trainers, and business users.
  • Schedule meetings, training sessions, workshops, and training-related activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk logs.
  • Monitor project issues or delays and report them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver SAP training sessions in online or classroom settings.
  • Create training materials such as user manuals, SOPs, and quick reference guides.
  • Conduct hands-on training, system demonstrations, and post-go-live user support.
  • Support SAP testing, including user acceptance testing, and coordinate escalation of complex issues.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, or HCM.
  • Basic project management skills using tools such as MS Project, Excel, or Jira.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Training and facilitation skills.
  • Documentation skills.
  • Ability to train users on SAP business processes and system usage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic SAP issues during training.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including consultants and business users.
