Description

  • Support technical SEO initiatives, including audits, keyword mapping, schema implementation, and website migrations.
  • Execute App Store and Google Play Store optimization tasks, including app metadata keyword research, creative asset coordination, and conversion rate testing.
  • Assist with optimization for generative search environments through semantic analysis and synthetic query testing.
  • Own and manage deliverables from inception to completion, keeping project plans, timelines, and deadlines on track.
  • Define client SEO requirements and site changes that improve traffic quality, site performance, and client value.
  • Participate in internal training on advanced ASO, technical SEO, and emerging AI tools.
  • Track Apple and Google algorithm updates and share concise updates with the broader team.
  • Support alpha and beta testing for new SEO and ASO strategies and experiments.
  • Participate in client calls, follow up on recommendations, and help prepare materials for weekly meetings, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Build, interpret, and report on dashboards and performance data to identify optimization opportunities and connect KPIs to business results.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Prior experience presenting findings and making optimization recommendations to internal or external clients.
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) principles, or a strong desire to learn mobile growth.
  • Foundational understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
  • Ability to audit client sites, identify common issues, and support resolution.
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Semrush or Ahrefs.
  • Familiarity with ASO tools such as AppTweak or Sensor Tower is a major plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft or Google productivity tools, including Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Strong organization, writing, verbal communication, and project management skills.
  • Must be located in the Pacific time zone.
  • Experience with Apple Search Ads (ASA) or App Store Connect is preferred.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or specialized ASO courses is preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and its impact on search crawlers is preferred.
