Description

  • Lead project teams to ensure timely, high-quality installation and commissioning of ChargePoint solutions.
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker for project execution, escalations, and workflow optimization.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from purchase order handoff through completion and customer sign-off.
  • Resolve complex logistical, technical, and system issues to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure installations meet ChargePoint standards for compliance, quality, and performance.
  • Provide advanced technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support for complex system failures.
  • Deliver on-site support for critical and high-visibility projects while primarily coordinating work remotely.
  • Identify process improvements and help develop best practices for project delivery.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and contribute technical leadership.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Perform field commissioning, preventative maintenance, remediation, and warranty services on EVSE equipment.
  • Deliver training on service procedures for technicians and peers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, site engineering, or field engineering.
  • Strong understanding of DC systems, EV charging systems, or related technologies.
  • Proven experience leading project teams, making strategic decisions, and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving ability in electrical and system troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of electrical systems, commissioning, and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Experience with hybrid remote coordination and on-site support, preferred.
