Description

  • Define and evolve the business value proposition with a focus on strategic growth, innovation, and value creation.
  • Lead senior-level client engagements, business development activities, and high-impact transformation programs.
  • Own strategy and transformation projects end to end, including co-innovation initiatives with key clients at the intersection of business and IT.
  • Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve client challenges and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to analyze and challenge business priorities and shape enterprise-wide strategies.
  • Co-create innovative and scalable solutions that expand SAP Fioneer’s footprint in the market.
  • Translate strategic ambition into tangible execution outcomes across large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Operate credibly at senior executive level across complex financial services engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation across banking and insurance in strategy consulting or financial institutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, including senior executives, clients, and third-party providers.
  • Expertise in core banking and payments, lending, or CFO/finance transformation across banking and insurance.
  • Track record of bridging business and technology to translate strategy into scalable, executable solutions.
  • Experience leading enterprise strategies, operating model redesigns, and management process optimization for leading financial institutions.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with experience applying data-driven insights and modeling to solve complex business problems.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Commerce, or a STEM field.
  • Fluent in English and German.
