  • Shape the strategic agenda for a company at the forefront of Financial Services innovation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting.
  • Proven track record of shaping strategy, driving transformation, and creating measurable business value.
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
  • Experience leading high-impact initiatives and influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Industry expertise in Banking or Insurance.
  • Ability to translate strategic ambition into business outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Exceptional commercial skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Experience with leadership-level ownership and visibility in a rapidly growing organization (implied by role context).
