Description

  • Advise the organization on data protection and compliance matters, including GDPR and international privacy regulations.
  • Independently manage privacy incidents and coordinate communications with authorities, data subjects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of compliance and data protection frameworks, policies, standards, guidelines, and templates.
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Data Protection Management System (DPMS).
  • Collaborate with the Chief Compliance and Data Protection Officer as deputy on key compliance and privacy topics.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives related to the Code of Ethics, Business Conduct, and ESG.
  • Design and deliver compliance and privacy training content and support awareness activities.
  • Track training completion and follow up on assigned compliance and privacy actions.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities.
  • Manage multiple compliance and privacy topics in a structured, self-organized way in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Business-fluent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection and compliance matters, including GDPR and international privacy regulations.
  • Experience handling DPAs and Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Ability to independently manage privacy incidents and communicate with authorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing policies, standards, guidelines, and other compliance documentation.
  • Ability to contribute to data protection management systems and related tooling.
  • Experience supporting or driving Code of Ethics, Business Conduct, or ESG-related initiatives.
  • Ability to create and deliver training content and support awareness programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Ability to work in a structured, self-organized manner and manage several priorities efficiently.
