Description

  • Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
  • Build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other applications (e.g., marketing automation, accounting systems).
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles and ensure appropriate security and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce applications, integrations, and automations; read logs to debug Flows, Apex classes/triggers, and other processes.
  • Maintain documentation of Salesforce applications, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and new features and recommend upgrades and improvements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business needs and recommend solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience programming with Apex, Java, or C# and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and general software development.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, or Bulk APIs.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and participate in meetings.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification is a plus.
