Description

  • Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams while maintaining scope, schedule, and quality targets.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and document solutions, critical decisions, action items, and project plans.
  • Develop best-practice project artifacts that improve organization and accountability.
  • Create iterative roadmaps that communicate sequencing and upcoming activities at the executive level.
  • Assess complex technical ecosystems, including data flows, integrations, and dependencies.
  • Partner with system architects, third-party vendors, and business operations teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable updates for executive and operational audiences.
  • Establish program governance, risk management frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide executive-ready status updates, including RAG health indicators and visual dashboards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive program or project management experience, including large-scale system implementations and data migrations.
  • Experience in the telecom, cable, or broadband enterprise industry.
  • Proven success managing data migration efforts from legacy to modern platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into actionable strategy for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to rapidly synthesize complex information into concise, insightful decision-support materials.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills across technical and business domains.
  • High emotional intelligence and executive presence, with the ability to influence outcomes and deliver clear status updates.
  • Strong leadership and ownership mindset with a track record of driving accountability, alignment, and delivery across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
