Description

  • Develop the program structure for M&A integration activities across multiple functions on behalf of the IMO.
  • Create project plans for each workstream and provide weekly and monthly status reporting.
  • Manage program execution day to day across the full program lifecycle for all workstreams.
  • Document program and project deliverables using PMI/PMP methodology.
  • Plan, monitor, and coordinate complex programs and multiple workstreams.
  • Integrate business policies and governance processes into project planning, roadmaps, and accountability.
  • Establish risk management approaches, escalation paths, and corrective actions.
  • Build and manage program budgets, actuals, and forecasts for the merger integration effort.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and lead program and workstream meetings.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, identify KPIs, and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, perform quality assurance checks, and ensure deliverables align to intended outcomes.
  • Own the integrated project plan and support on-time, on-budget delivery of business goals.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of strong program management experience managing multiple workstreams.
  • Proven experience managing large and complex projects.
  • Consulting experience with M&A integration activities across IT, product, engineering, operations, finance/accounting, or human resources.
  • Experience with merger integrations is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of program management methodology and certification such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum.
  • Experience in enterprise technology companies or organizations is highly desired.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to influence, strategize, and negotiate.
  • Ability to think critically, process information quickly, and present concise, insightful updates for executives.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Direct hands-on proficiency with Advanced Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a similar four-year field is required.
  • PMP certification is desired.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Must live in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship or visa transfer.
  • Must be available to work PST or MST time zone hours daily.
