Description

  • Own the CX security and access governance program across Consumer and Compliance operations, including physical security, logical access, and sensitive workflow protections.
  • Program manage end-to-end access governance initiatives to standardize how employee, contractor, and BPO access is requested, approved, monitored, and implemented across CX tools.
  • Lead security risk review processes for new and existing CX tools, including intake, triage, tracking, prioritization, and remediation of exceptions and deviations.
  • Scale BPO security governance by owning security attestation and audit processes and tracking, reviewing, and resolving security exceptions with key partners.
  • Maintain standardized device governance for CX BPOs, including enrollment, inventory, offboarding, and device movement controls.
  • Build and maintain central security and access inventories to support impact analysis, access reviews, and audit responses.
  • Run cross-functional working groups and steering forums across Security, IT, Enterprise Applications, Vendor Management, Operations, WFM, and People teams.
  • Translate policy and control requirements into practical implementation plans, workflows, and change-management for CX operations and vendor partners.
  • Continuously improve security playbooks, workflows, documentation, and training using lessons from incidents, audits, and vendor findings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, security, IT, or risk management roles.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional security or access governance programs from design through implementation and steady state.
  • Deep familiarity with vendor or BPO environments and how physical security, logical access, device standards, and operational processes interact at third-party sites.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience partnering across Security, IT, Enterprise Applications, Vendor Management, Operations, and Finance.
  • Ability to translate security policies and technical decisions into clear requirements, workflows, and SOPs for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building governance mechanisms such as RACI models, intake processes, approval models, trackers, and playbooks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret risk assessments, security findings, and operational data.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including experience producing process documents, playbooks, vendor guidance, and leadership updates.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as G Suite, Jira, Asana, Salesforce, or similar case tools.
  • Comfort using generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean in daily workflows.
  • Prior experience owning security programs in a BPO or contact-center context is preferred.
  • Experience working within Security, IAM, or Risk organizations on technology risk reviews, vendor risk management, or audit remediation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with crypto, fintech, or other highly regulated environments is preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $166,345 to $195,700 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
