Description

  • Lead IT and cybersecurity due diligence and integration activities across the full integration lifecycle.
  • Execute and maintain the IT Integration Management Office governance model.
  • Facilitate weekly IMO all-hands meetings to align stakeholders and drive accountability.
  • Prepare and coordinate bi-weekly Steering Committee meetings, including materials, status reporting, risks, and decision support documentation.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and escalation across multiple integration workstreams.
  • Oversee concurrent IT and cybersecurity workstreams to keep progress aligned with integration goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify external resource needs for upcoming project phases and coordinate staffing to optimize cost and delivery.
  • Use the Smartsheet integration framework to support program execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and integration partners to ensure successful execution.
  • Proactively track and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
  • Support integration cost estimates, budget tracking, executive communication, dashboards, and status updates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale IT initiatives.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or enterprise integration programs.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and integration governance.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Experience facilitating executive governance forums, Steering Committees, and operational reviews.
  • Strong risk management, escalation management, and issue resolution skills.
  • Experience developing integrated project plans, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.
  • Experience leading IT IMO or PMO functions during post-merger integration efforts is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet or similar program management platforms is preferred.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity integration and due diligence activities is preferred.
  • PMP, PgPgM, Scrum Master, or related certification is preferred.
  • Background in energy, oil & gas, utilities, or asset-intensive industries is a plus.
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship or visa transfers.
