Description

  • Lead program management for an enterprise Travel & Expense rollout, including planning, implementation, enhancements, and deployment.
  • Coordinate deployment and integration of Coupa Expense, Navan, and Wells Fargo corporate card solutions.
  • Manage technology platforms, implementations, enhancements, and related workflow processes.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, HR, Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver the program.
  • Oversee program governance, project planning, testing, organizational readiness, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders on business operations, system management, and value-added enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a Technology field is required.
  • 7+ years of experience leading program management efforts for technology platforms, financial implementations, or payment management and processing.
  • Experience with Coupa Expense for enterprise expense management and reimbursement processes.
  • Experience using Navan (formerly TripActions) for corporate travel booking and travel program administration.
  • Experience supporting Wells Fargo corporate credit card programs, including card issuance, expense reconciliation, and program administration.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment in a collaborative manner.
  • Experience in technology, broadband, telecommunications, or other large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
  • Must be able to work remotely in MST or CST time zones.
  • No visa sponsorship or visa transfer is available for this role.
