Description

  • Own account-based marketing strategy and execution for a prioritized portfolio of strategic Enterprise accounts.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Sales to lead bi-weekly account planning sessions and develop tailored account strategies.
  • Build and activate ABM programs that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, deepen customer engagement, and improve account experiences.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales by identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and aligning marketing efforts to account priorities.
  • Measure program and account performance and provide closed-loop reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail and flawless execution.
  • Manage program budgets, evaluate results against goals, and generate insights to improve performance.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of account-based marketing experience supporting B2B high-tech products or solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Must be based in the US for this remote position.
  • Strong attention to detail, executive presence, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong leadership instincts and sound judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • Passion for results, measurement, optimization, ROI, and proactive problem-solving.

  • Annual base salary range of $116,322.50 to $195,500 USD.
