Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for R&D individual contributor and leadership roles from first outreach through offer close.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and shape recruiting strategy.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping and long-range candidate engagement.
  • Use creative sourcing and direct outreach to engage high-quality candidates who are not actively on the market.
  • Identify and remove friction in the hiring process to improve candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous searches while maintaining a long-term focus on hiring quality.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams in a team-first environment.
  • Use AI and modern recruiting tools thoughtfully to improve speed and quality without compromising the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hard-to-close roles across multiple disciplines.
  • Proven success hiring for technical roles such as Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Designers.
  • Experience running searches for senior stakeholders at the Director level and above.
  • Strong ability to act as a Talent Partner by providing insights, talent data, and structure.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles at innovative, high-bar companies.
  • Proven ability to build outbound and passive talent strategies in constrained markets.
  • Track record of navigating ambiguity, pushback, and process risk while maintaining hiring quality.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and prevent surprises.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools intentionally to make recruiting more effective and efficient without harming quality or candidate experience.
  • Must reside in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $116,322.50 to $175,950 USD.
