Description

  • Develop tailored enablement strategies to address performance gaps in the renewals organization, including objectives, development plans, and accountability measures.
  • Create and implement learning programs to support company-wide change management initiatives for Renewals AEs (RAEs) to increase productivity throughout the renewal cycle.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training and learning materials, acting as a subject matter expert for RAEs and field messaging.
  • Lead impactful training sessions and coach salespeople in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Represent sales learning needs across the business to influence continuous development investment and cross-functional alignment.
  • Coach and partner with sales leadership to act as change agents and reinforce RAE adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Build trust and credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive initiative adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Manage multiple enablement projects simultaneously, prioritizing initiatives that align with renewal objectives and company goals.
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (customer success, long-term focus, growth mindset, inclusivity, team orientation) across enablement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university.
  • 5+ years in sales enablement or related fields, preferably in high-growth environments and familiar with sales methodologies and renewals/account management strategies.
  • Prior experience in quota-carrying roles (ideally as Account Manager or Account Executive) in complex, enterprise, or technical sales processes.
  • Experience collaborating with sales leaders to design and implement programs that drive business impact.
  • Ability to dive into technical product details and translate features into customer impact.
  • Strong training delivery and communication skills, with experience coaching sellers one-on-one and in groups.
  • Experience leveraging sales leadership to drive adoption and change across teams.
  • Skilled at building credibility with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders to align enablement programs to business objectives.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage many projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Nice to have: experience in fast-paced, change-heavy environments; direct experience with Lessonly (LMS), Showpad (CMS), and/or Jira; and multi-lingual ability to create/translate learning content (English, French, Spanish).

  • Annual base salary range: $96,092.50 — $145,350 USD (pay may vary by location and experience).
