Description

  • Respond to inbound customer support requests via phone, chat, and email.
  • Collaborate with other support teams to escalate and communicate customer issues promptly.
  • Manage personal workload independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use knowledge, tools, and resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Document customer communications clearly and concisely.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while supporting global growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, plus an Associate’s degree or technical certifications in a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical product support role, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or networking environments.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, including business and technical conversations in both languages.
  • Comfort communicating complex technical concepts in everyday language with customers.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud applications, mobile computing, and hardware device troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing environment with changing responsibilities.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment for remote work.
  • General knowledge of electrical circuits, GPS, and telematics is preferred.
