Description

  • Lead and scale onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals to accelerate ramp and improve performance outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Enablement, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align programs with business goals.
  • Define and operationalize a global onboarding and ramping strategy with standardized curriculum, processes, and tools.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key program metrics including ramp time, ramp attainment, onboarding completion, and engagement.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and remove roadblocks to execution.
  • Establish a center of excellence for onboarding and drive continuous improvement across programs and processes.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while scaling globally and across new offices.
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 2–3 years of people leadership experience.
  • 6–8 years of enablement experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Direct sales experience with a strong understanding of GTM motions.
  • Demonstrated organizational leadership skills, including clear communication, influencing without authority, and fostering collaborative environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, presentation design, and meeting management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales onboarding best practices.
  • Experience scaling onboarding programs for multiple GTM functions at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (preferred).
  • Proficiency with enablement and learning platforms such as Highspot, Lessonly, WorkRamp, or Mindtickle, plus Salesforce and Google Workspace (preferred).
  • Experience with program measurement and data-driven decision making (preferred).
  • Certifications or training in adult learning, instructional design, or program management (preferred).
  • Must be located in the US; relocation assistance is not provided.

  • Annual base salary range of $113,680 to $203,000 USD.
