Description

  • Own the end-to-end adoption and go-forward strategy for Samsara’s enterprise AI tool portfolio, including roadmaps, pilots, success metrics, and phased rollouts.
  • Serve as the product and integration owner for enterprise AI platforms by evaluating tools, maintaining market visibility, and driving integrations into core business systems.
  • Partner with BizTech, Security, and Legal to operationalize access, licensing, governance, approval paths, eligibility policies, and support workflows.
  • Co-develop and maintain the Enterprise AI Roadmap with functional leaders and AI champions.
  • Translate business needs into sequenced AI product initiatives with clear investment theses and portfolio prioritization.
  • Challenge platform and process constraints to bridge business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with the SaaS team to maintain enterprise metrics, including value drivers, ROI analysis, adoption metrics, and success benchmarks.
  • Own the measurement framework for AI product value across functions, tracking efficiency gains, adoption lift, and workflow impact.
  • Lead enablement, training, communications, how-to guides, office hours, and community channels for enterprise AI tools.
  • Collect user feedback and usage data, synthesize themes, influence vendor and internal roadmaps, and seed new AI use cases across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, technology implementations, or product management.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and platforms, including LLMs, MCP, workflow automation, and deployments such as Gemini, Zoom AI, Slack AI, Atlassian AI, Claude, and ChatGPT.
  • Demonstrated AI product or transformation experience driving meaningful enterprise AI adoption.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on product detail work, including business cases and integration specs.
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Engineering, or Operations Management preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS ecosystems preferred.
  • Familiarity with hardware/software solution environments, particularly in Business Technology, preferred.
  • Experience managing an AI champion network or center of excellence preferred.
  • Hands-on experience evaluating and deploying enterprise-grade AI platforms and integrations preferred.
  • Role is open to candidates residing in the US and Canada except the San Francisco Bay Area and New York Metro City.
  • Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $131,197.50 to $198,450 USD.
