Description

  • Source and build pipeline for Samsara’s EMEA business through outbound outreach (phone, email, and LinkedIn)
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling (expectation of 60+ calls per day) and follow up to generate sales opportunities
  • Keep meticulous records of prospect and account interactions in the CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Represent Samsara at trade shows and events to connect with prospective customers and partners
  • Become a product expert and adopt Samsara’s sales methodology and objection-handling techniques
  • Collaborate with Account Executives by creating high-quality sales engagements, supporting demos, and executing territory plans (ADR II/III responsibilities)
  • Participate in strategy meetings, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration to improve outreach and conversion

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in customer-facing roles
  • 6–12 months of sales experience as a minimum
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of consistently overachieving targets or expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent / highly proficient in English and Dutch
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outreach calls and handling rejection resiliently
  • Curious, able to ask insightful questions, and a champion of a growth mindset
  • Willingness to collaborate and influence in a team-oriented, high-performance sales culture
  • Ability to work CEST hours and be based in the Netherlands, France, Germany, or the United Kingdom (remote role; relocation assistance not provided)
  • Experience with or exposure to sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Lusha) and closing-sales roles is a plus
