Description

  • Support daily home health operations and clinical coordination.
  • Assist with last-minute staffing and scheduling needs.
  • Coordinate with clinicians, caregivers, patients, and office staff.
  • Support onboarding and training-related tasks.
  • Monitor workflows and complete administrative follow-up.
  • Communicate professionally by phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain documentation, CRM updates, and system management tasks.
  • Provide after-hours operational coverage and escalate issues when needed.
  • Assist the owner with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
  • Organize projects, follow-ups, reminders, and internal workflows.
  • Support communication between departments and leadership.
  • Assist with social media posting and content coordination.
  • Support CRM organization, marketing tasks, and website updates.

Requirements

  • Extremely computer savvy and fast at learning new systems.
  • Comfortable managing multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable speaking with clinicians, patients, and professionals.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently once trained.
  • Windows-based PC setup required.
  • Dual monitor setup required.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
  • Experience supporting home health, healthcare, or medical operations preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling, staffing coordination, or clinical support preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, social media, or digital marketing preferred.
  • Experience with website management or AI tools is a strong plus.
  • Gaming or advanced computer hobby background is a major advantage.
