Description

  • Support and educate clients through intake and loan closing.
  • Review application data and documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to Processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and set clear expectations on timelines and requirements.
  • Deliver initial loan disclosures on time and follow all regulatory requirements.
  • Work independently on standard files and escalate complex scenario or guideline questions to Team Leads.
  • Ensure loans originate in full compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Adopt company values in day-to-day work, decisions, and interactions.
  • Help create a positive, accountable, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Mortgage Loan Originator License.
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations.
  • Strong working knowledge of state-specific licensing and registration requirements and NMLS.
  • Strong working knowledge of TRID and HMDA.
  • Deep understanding of mortgage loan products and underwriting guidelines.
  • Prior experience in wholesale and/or correspondent channels.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and in a fast-paced environment.
