Description

  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive project delivery and adoption of Sakon’s technical and functional solutions.
  • Develop project documentation including business goals, objectives, strategy, scope, requirements, and detailed project plans.
  • Assist with use cases, test cases, and training needs as needed for project assignments.
  • Identify, track, and manage program-level risks, activities, and issues.
  • Create client and partner scorecards and project status reports.
  • Run regular project meetings, including setting agendas, leading discussions, and documenting action items and meeting notes.
  • Manage client activities, resolve problems, and communicate escalations or issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project plan and scope of work, identify scope creep, and enforce change management procedures and controls.
  • Support the PMO Director in developing staff skills and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience delivering mobility software solutions and services to domestic and global clients.
  • 8-10 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fluid software environment.
  • Experience managing multiple technical projects, including HRIS, Mobile Device Management (MDM), AP/GL, and financial systems integrations.
  • Experience with MS Office suite, JIRA, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Business travel expected at less than 25% of the time, as dictated by client project requirements.
  • Strong communication, writing, listening, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy and collaborate effectively across global business units.
