Description

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for core product features such as transactions, wallet management, DeFi integrations, and user accounts.
  • Own and evolve the infrastructure layer, including CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Build and operate scalable, reliable systems on cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
  • Develop high-quality internal tooling and platform primitives that help the product engineering team ship faster.
  • Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting to support high availability and rapid incident response.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and frontend engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, technical documentation, and engineering standards as the team grows.
  • Own the development and maintenance of the project from ideation through deployment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in backend engineering with meaningful exposure to infrastructure, platform, or DevOps/SRE work.
  • Strong proficiency in Golang, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience designing and building production APIs and microservices at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for multi-service deployments.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, databases, and systems-level debugging.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with blockchain systems or integrating blockchain-based backends into consumer-facing products, preferred.
  • Understanding of cryptographic primitives such as public/private keys, hash functions, and Merkle trees, preferred.
  • Experience with the Cosmos SDK / CometBFT technology stack, preferred.
  • Background in fintech, payments, or wallet infrastructure, preferred.
  • Experience with performance optimization, load testing, and capacity planning, preferred.
  • Familiarity with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog, preferred.
  • Contributions to open-source projects, preferred.
