Description

  • Own the weekly creative flywheel from insights and ideation through production, launch, and review.
  • Mine customer reviews, CX tickets, surveys, creator footage, and competitive examples to build a library of hooks, angles, and proof points.
  • Write clear, action-oriented creative briefs for in-house production teams and external collaborators.
  • Ship 20–30 new creative assets per week with enough variation to support testing and optimization.
  • Develop direct-response creative for Meta and TikTok, starting with static ads and expanding into creator and video formats.
  • Craft persuasive copy, hooks, calls to action, and paid-ready creator assets that match the landing page experience.
  • Partner with media buyers to connect creative decisions to performance metrics and weekly optimization choices.
  • Test and operationalize AI-enabled workflows across ideation, scripting, editing, and variant generation.
  • Evaluate and implement performance creative tools and emerging formats to improve scale and speed.
  • Build and manage a lean in-house creative process, including standards, accountability, approvals, and team growth over time.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance creative, growth marketing, or in-house/performance agency roles.
  • A portfolio of paid social ads that have scaled, ideally on budgets of $1M+ per month.
  • Strong direct-response instincts with the ability to think in hooks, CTR, and CPC.
  • Exceptional copywriting and creative storytelling skills with a distinct voice.
  • Deep pattern recognition and the ability to generate hypotheses from winning ads.
  • Experience managing creative pipelines across in-house teams, creators, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Fluency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Figma, Motion/Atria, Frame, Foreplay, or equivalent tools.
  • AI-first curiosity and hands-on use of generative tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and variant production.
  • Comfort turning creator-led footage into paid-ready assets quickly.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to run a tight weekly shipping cadence.
  • Bonus: experience at a growth/performance agency, a fast-scaling DTC or consumer health brand, or an in-house creator-led brand.
