Description

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across 1-3 markets and languages.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, including weekends, and identify issues before they cause losses.
  • Work with the dedicated Google support team in weekly calls and occasional HQ visits in Amsterdam and Dublin.
  • Own tracking integrity using third-party software and diagnose conversion gaps and attribution issues.
  • Translate multi-language market data into actionable campaign decisions.
  • Stay current on Google Ads product updates and test new features before they become standard.
  • Maintain real-time data quality and attribution across campaign and tracking systems.
  • Use performance insights to continuously improve ROAS, feed quality, and campaign efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience managing significant Google Ads budgets, ideally €1M+ per year.
  • Deep understanding of Performance Max, Shopping, Search, D-Gen, Display, Smart Bidding, feed optimization, creatives, and audience signals.
  • Comfortable working with tracking setups including GTM, GA4, consent mode, and third-party attribution tools.
  • E-commerce background with understanding of ROAS, margins, seasonality, and product-level data.
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-moving environment with strong attention to numbers and performance.
  • Available 7 days a week, with full focus Monday to Friday and active monitoring on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Hunger to learn and stay ahead of fast-changing Google Ads developments.
  • Experience with multi-language or multi-market campaign management is preferred.
