Description

  • Monitor, respond to, and moderate comments and direct messages across social media platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in community interactions and escalate sensitive issues when needed.
  • Schedule and publish content across organic social channels.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging social content.
  • Track social engagement metrics and prepare regular performance updates.
  • Assist with setup, management, and optimisation of Google Ads and paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing, and results, and adjust campaigns based on performance data.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and prepare campaign reports with key insights and recommendations.
  • Research and identify creators and influencers for UGC opportunities and coordinate content alignment.
  • Support SEO and CRO initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimisation, landing page improvements, and website experiments.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools, and prepare monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and performance.
  • Coordinate with developers and designers to implement website updates and reduce conversion friction.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
  • Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong written communication skills and confidence engaging with online communities.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop across multiple areas of digital marketing.
  • Experience working with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Elementor, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor website edits is preferred.
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills are preferred.
  • Experience working with influencers or user-generated content campaigns is preferred.
