Description

  • Own the full performance marketing function across CEE markets from strategy through execution and results.
  • Run and optimize paid acquisition channels including Meta and Google with a focus on sustainable CAC and growth.
  • Use AI tools in creative testing, audience analysis, reporting, and iteration as part of day-to-day work.
  • Evaluate campaign data and AI outputs to make clear, independent performance decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and content teams to align paid performance with the broader funnel.
  • Shape how the performance function develops as the company scales, including future team structure.
  • Manage external agencies and take full responsibility for performance outcomes.
  • Support future hiring and recruitment for the performance function as the team expands.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with direct ownership of CAC, ROAS, and budget.
  • Proven experience running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads at meaningful budget scale.
  • Proven experience building AI agentic systems and programmatic automation, such as Claude Code or API integrations, beyond standard chat-based use.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify patterns, and make fast independent decisions.
  • Strategic player-coach mindset with the ability to work solo while owning agency management, future team design, and recruitment.
  • Fluent English at B2+ level, both written and spoken.
  • Native speaker of Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish, or Romanian.
  • Based in the EU, as the role requires a freelance contract.
  • Experience in a regulated or sensitive category such as healthcare, fintech, or legaltech is preferred.
  • Experience building or rebuilding a performance marketing function from scratch is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-generated creative workflows at scale, such as dynamic ad creative or automated copy testing, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of additional paid channels such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic is preferred.
