Description

  • Serve as the primary point of communication between established Enterprise clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities and manage accounts against revenue targets (cross-sell/up-sell).
  • Develop and expand external stakeholder networks and relationships to grow client business.
  • Drive successful and consistent renewals by demonstrating ongoing value to Enterprise clients.
  • Monitor clients’ portfolios and business challenges and lead account planning and strategy.
  • Support the Enterprise sales team in business development efforts for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with implementation and operations teams to ensure timely and successful client onboarding.
  • Work with product teams to translate client feedback into product insights and influence product direction.
  • Prepare the internal team for client interactions and continuously identify opportunities to advance the relationship.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, and/or technology/SaaS.
  • Client-facing experience and proven success growing client relationships through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other lead generation/CRM tools is a strong plus.
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including creating presentations with cohesive, engaging storylines.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional partners who do not report to you.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, decision-making ability, and experience meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and comfort understanding and reporting data and performance metrics.
  • Intellectual curiosity and proactiveness to learn client businesses and educate colleagues; confident and dynamic working persona (sense of humor a plus).
