Description

  • Serve as the primary point of communication between assigned Enterprise clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and execute on new growth opportunities within accounts, managing against revenue targets and driving cross-sell/up-sell.
  • Build and expand external stakeholder networks to grow client business and influence decision-making.
  • Lead account planning and strategy by staying up-to-date on clients’ portfolios, business challenges, and opportunities.
  • Enable successful and consistent contract renewals by demonstrating continued client value.
  • Support the Enterprise sales team with business development efforts for prospective Enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with implementation and operations teams to ensure timely and successful new client onboarding.
  • Translate client feedback into product insights and work with product teams to inform roadmap and feature improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, and/or technology/SaaS.
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other lead-generation/CRM tools is a strong plus.
  • Proven success growing client relationships, including cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating cohesive, engaging presentations.
  • Strong organizational, judgment, and decision-making skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and comfortable understanding and reporting data and performance metrics.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence stakeholders who do not report to you.
  • Intellectual curiosity, proactiveness, and a confident, dynamic working persona (sense of humor is a plus).
