Description

  • Test and evaluate how search engines respond to everyday user searches.
  • Review search results and assess their relevance and significance.
  • Use online research to complete a variety of assigned tasks.
  • Help improve AI data that informs the search experience for clients' users.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy standards while completing work.
  • Work independently from home and follow a consistent schedule.
  • Complete required training modules and pass the client test before starting work.

Requirements

  • Currently reside in the United States, specifically Virginia.
  • Have a strong understanding of popular culture in the United States.
  • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 29 hours per week.
  • Must sign and adhere to a project NDA.
  • Have a smartphone and a personal computer with a reliable internet connection.
  • Have reliable antivirus software on your computer.
  • Must pass training modules and a required client-created test before commencing work.
  • Only one Search Quality Rater is allowed per household.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Candidates cannot be engaged with RWS as both a payroll employee and a freelancer/independent contractor within the same calendar year.
