Description

  • Test and evaluate how clients' search engines respond to everyday user searches.
  • Use online research to assess the relevance and significance of search results.
  • Complete a variety of search evaluation assignments as part of AI data improvement work.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy standards while working through tasks.
  • Follow a set schedule and manage work independently from a home office.
  • Review and apply feedback from required training modules and test materials.

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in the United States, specifically Nebraska.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Must commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 29 hours per week.
  • Must sign and adhere to a project NDA.
  • Must have a smartphone, personal computer, and reliable internet connection.
  • Must have reliable antivirus software installed on the computer used for work.
  • Must pass client-created training modules and a required test before starting work.
  • Must be able to maintain a strong understanding of popular culture in the United States.
  • Must be able to work as only one Search Quality Rater per household.
  • Candidates cannot be engaged with RWS as both a payroll employee and a freelancer/independent contractor within the same calendar year.
  • Strong online research skills and critical thinking ability are required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting quality/accuracy SLAs is preferred.
