Description

  • Test and evaluate how search engines respond to everyday user searches.
  • Use online research to assess the relevance and significance of search results.
  • Complete a variety of rating assignments that help improve AI data and search quality.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy standards while meeting assigned SLAs.
  • Work independently on a flexible schedule from a home office.
  • Follow project confidentiality and compliance requirements, including a signed NDA.

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in the United States, specifically Missouri.
  • Must have a strong understanding of popular culture in the United States.
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 29 hours per week.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Must sign and adhere to the project NDA.
  • Must have a smartphone and a personal computer with a reliable internet connection.
  • Must have reliable antivirus software installed on the computer used for work.
  • Must pass client-created training modules and a required test before starting work.
  • Only one Search Quality Rater is allowed per household.
  • Must be able to maintain a schedule and work despite distractions in a home-office environment.
  • Preferred: inquisitive nature, interest in AI, strong online research skills, fast-paced work comfort, and critical thinking ability.
