Description

  • Collect, process, and analyze threat information from OSINT, dark web forums, and threat intelligence feeds.
  • Translate external threat activity into requirements and actionable guidance for RSI.
  • Configure and maintain the Threat Intelligence Platform.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of threat actors, TTPs, and their potential impact on the organization.
  • Generate threat intelligence reports and defensive recommendations for different audiences.
  • Use structured analytic techniques to identify trends and assess risks.
  • Collaborate with the SOC, other RSI teams, and business representatives to identify high-value threat intelligence opportunities.
  • Work with vendors on product development requirements and related issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as playbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • Research and evaluate new tools, techniques, and data sources to improve threat intelligence capabilities.
  • Handle technical issues and risks related to threat intelligence operations.
  • Support information security incident response and threat mitigation efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in threat intelligence operations and incident response work.
  • Proficiency with security monitoring tools, large dataset analysis, analytic and visualization tools, and regex.
  • Experience with threat intelligence solutions such as MISP.
  • Familiarity with Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK, STIX 2.0, and the Diamond Model.
  • A proactive, agile mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with little supervision.
  • Ability to develop and implement automation.
  • Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA), Certified Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), Certified Information Systems Analyst (CISA), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or equivalent, preferred.
  • Online iGaming or casino industry experience, preferred.
