Description

  • Foster positive relationships with staff, vendors, and guests while delivering strong customer service.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with GOAT Group uniform standards.
  • Review and help enforce POST Orders for the assigned facility.
  • Support enforcement of the IIPP Program, emergency evacuation procedures, and fire prevention program.
  • Assist with access control compliance, visitor management, and access card audits.
  • Inspect and record logistics carrier information in line with CTPAT compliance standards where applicable.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists and communicate findings.
  • Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to company policy.
  • Conduct package inspections, including jackets and coats when employees exit the facility.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, review CCTV footage, and document suspicious or unlawful activity.
  • Assist with removing trespassers and violators while following legal protocols.
  • Support planned and special events and complete any other duties assigned by Asset Protection, Workplace Services, or Operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a distribution center and/or retail store environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Security Guard and/or Asset Protection experience preferred.
  • Audit and compliance experience preferred.
  • Ability to coach and train team members.
  • Ability to handle personal and/or sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle expected responsibilities independently.
  • Planned and unplanned overtime may be required.
  • CCTV, NVR, Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and iOS experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse or retail environment with dust, fluctuating temperatures, and extended periods of sitting, standing, and/or walking.

  • Hiring range of $20 USD per hour.
