Description

Lead delivery of platform-focused initiatives across the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
Coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Product to execute user-critical platform capabilities.
Manage cross-functional, integration-heavy projects involving third-party vendors and internal platform teams.
Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives while aligning to security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks in compliance-sensitive and high-dependency environments.
Maintain clear reporting, documentation, and delivery metrics to ensure transparency.
Support reliable and secure delivery of core systems such as KYC, payments, geolocation, and regulatory integrations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
5+ years of experience delivering technical, platform, or infrastructure-heavy projects.
Experience working in regulated environments such as fintech, payments, gaming, or other compliance-driven platforms is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and platform architecture concepts.
Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and external vendors.
Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to travel occasionally domestically and internationally.
