Description

  • Ensure departments understand and follow the company’s AML Compliance Program.
  • Oversee AML monitoring and reporting across assigned jurisdictions.
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence and open-source intelligence research.
  • Use monitoring software to identify suspicious-activity red flags.
  • Monitor transactions and investigate potential money laundering and other financial crimes.
  • Prepare case narratives, SARs, regulatory reports, and required filings.
  • Review filed SARs to identify patterns of suspicious behavior.
  • Document regulatory requirements for new online and retail gaming markets.
  • Support regulatory audits and AML compliance training.
  • Track money laundering and terrorist-financing trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of AML or compliance experience, preferably in iGaming or casino operations.
  • CAMS, CFE, or GAMS certification preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience analyzing large volumes of data.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required jurisdictional gaming licenses.
  • Experience identifying suspicious-activity and money-laundering red flags in the gaming industry.

  • $55,000–$65,000 USD pay range.
