Description

  • Act as the operator’s representative across North American hotel projects.
  • Ensure Ruby’s brand, technical, design, and operational standards are implemented on site.
  • Coordinate developers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Manage FF&E execution from tendering and vendor selection through installation and handover.
  • Review layouts, drawings, specifications, and MEP coordination with attention to detail and guest experience.
  • Identify project risks early and help resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Support construction progress, quality assurance, snagging, commissioning, and operational readiness.
  • Help shape and adapt Ruby’s brand standards for the North American market.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in hospitality, construction, architecture, FF&E, or technical project management.
  • Experience working on the operator, brand, or owner representative side of hotel projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, FF&E integration, and technical coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities effectively.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
  • Confidence working in fast-paced and international environments.
  • Willingness to travel across North America.
  • Fluent English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus.
