Description

  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota.
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities across new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline for strategic transactions.
  • Identify and close new opportunities in mid- to large-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center design environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to accelerate growth.
  • Provide management with market feedback, new business opportunities, and channel partnership insights.
  • Generate pipeline daily and work cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of tech sales closing experience, ideally selling both IT infrastructure and SaaS to mid- to large-sized organizations.
  • Consistent track record of landing new logos through self-sourced pipeline generation.
  • Experience translating IT pain points into business outcomes and selling complex solutions to IT personas.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC as a sales qualification tool and command of the message.
  • Experience working with channel partners and SDRs.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and persistent with a strong "get it done" attitude.
  • High integrity, grit, and tenacity, while remaining coachable.
