Description

  • Research target markets and identify leads from multiple sources.
  • Qualify prospects against the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct tailored outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Complete daily prospecting activity, including about 60 personalized emails and 30 cold calls.
  • Pitch to C-suite decision makers by discussing business challenges and the value of the company’s services.
  • Work with Sales Managers and Account Executives to manage the pipeline from prospecting through closing.
  • Monitor, maintain, and report key performance indicators to Sales Managers.
  • Develop pipeline and progress toward full Account Executive responsibilities.
  • Manage and grow national accounts over time.

Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely from CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, IN, or SC.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Background in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or B2B events.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Professional and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for sales and professional development.
  • Self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.
  • Ability to be proactive and work under pressure.
  • Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications.
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or ZoomInfo is preferred.

  • Year-one OTE of $65,000 to $70,000, with potential to earn more through uncapped commission.
