Description

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account management for repeat and future business.
  • Grow, develop, and manage a seven-figure book of business.
  • Research target markets and identify leads from multiple sources.
  • Qualify prospects against the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through personalized emails, cold calls, and social outreach.
  • Pitch to C-suite decision makers by consulting on business challenges and presenting the value of the service.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and draft and deliver proposals.
  • Manage onsite account relationships and rebooking for future events.
  • Work directly with Sales Managers to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Track, monitor, and report key performance indicators to Sales Managers.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to travel regularly to events.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 or more years of experience in B2B events.
  • Background in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or B2B events.
  • Professional and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for sales and professional development.
  • Strong self-starter with excellent organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work proactively and under pressure.
  • Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications.
  • Experience with HubSpot is preferred.

Benefits

  • $55,000-$75,000 base salary with bonuses, incentives, and uncapped commission.
  • Year-one total compensation expectation of $100,000-$125,000.
