Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound lead generation through closing new business.
  • Execute high-volume outreach through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to reach decision-makers.
  • Book, lead, and progress discovery and demo meetings with prospects.
  • Identify target accounts, map key stakeholders, and navigate complex buying groups.
  • Research prospects thoroughly and tailor outreach to their structure, goals, and challenges.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with diligent follow-up and CRM tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer success to align on client needs and handoff strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in a full-cycle role with SDR/BDR and closing responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales and cold calling.
  • Experience speaking with mid- to senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong ability to independently research accounts, map stakeholders, and build tailored outreach.
  • Understanding of a structured sales process from first touch to signed contract.
  • Proficiency with outbound sales tools and CRMs.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, coachable, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience with digital and programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Experience in the e-commerce sector or African market is preferred.
