Description

  • Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting through closure.
  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities in the China market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies.
  • Expand RTB House’s client portfolio by developing new business opportunities.
  • Participate in product and offer presentations and pitches to prospective clients and agencies.
  • Analyze sales performance and develop strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Partner closely with technical and account management teams.
  • Manage customer communications by phone and email in line with company standards.
  • Prepare formal offers and present them to potential customers.
  • Report on the status of active and potential sales processes.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and recent market trends.
  • Existing meaningful relationships with ecommerce clients in the China and Hong Kong markets.
  • Knowledge of the RTB model is an asset.
  • Ideally 3+ years of successful sales experience in the online industry.
  • Ideally 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • University degree.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Persuasion, exceptional negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Passion for digital marketing is encouraged, and candidates do not need to meet every qualification to apply.
