Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at large e-commerce companies across the DACH region.
  • Negotiate business terms with client stakeholders.
  • Upsell and cross-sell campaigns and products to grow existing accounts.
  • Provide transparent reporting on campaign performance to client representatives.
  • Create remarketing strategies tailored to different verticals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop technical knowledge of RTB House solutions and broader digital marketing developments.
  • Travel regularly across the DACH region for in-person client meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing online advertising campaigns and client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing.
  • Experience with incrementality and H2H tests, multi-touch attribution models, and MMMs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight timeframes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional professionalism and business acumen.
  • Ability to communicate openly and effectively while working remotely.
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in English at C1 level or above.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude with an achiever mindset.
