Description

  • Develop and manage relationships with decision-makers at large e-commerce companies in the DACH region.
  • Negotiate business terms and support account growth through up-selling and cross-selling campaigns and products.
  • Provide transparent campaign performance updates to client representatives and deliver premium customer service.
  • Create remarketing strategies tailored to different verticals.
  • Build professional technical knowledge of RTB House solutions and broader digital marketing developments.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and sales teams to ensure strong campaign performance.
  • Travel regularly across the DACH region to meet clients face-to-face.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing online advertising campaigns and client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing.
  • Experience with incrementality tests, H2H tests, multi-touch attribution models, and MMMs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and deliver within tight timeframes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional professionalism and business acumen.
  • Ability to maintain open communication, especially in remote work settings.
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in English at C1 level or above.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude with an achiever mindset.
