Description

  • Lead strategic programs that improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost-to-serve, and enhance the agent experience.
  • Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams to deliver cohesive program outcomes.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, International, Legal, Marketing, and Marketplace teams.
  • Use data and KPIs to inform decisions, measure impact, and communicate performance.
  • Own and drive efficiency and cost-to-serve initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Break down strategic goals into program strategy, workstreams, milestones, and execution plans.
  • Develop strategies for ambiguous, unscoped programs and drive alignment on the best long-term value.
  • Review milestones with senior managers and cross-functional partners and resolve blockers independently.
  • Prioritize competing stakeholder requests and internal deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support training, onboarding, and career development for Project and Program Managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience driving business-impacting projects and programs with customer-centric results.
  • Experience owning and improving operational KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using third-party operations tools such as CRM and phone contact tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivots, and functions.
  • Willingness and ability to learn SQL quickly; entry-level SQL skills preferred.
  • Experience partnering with diverse teams across complex organizations to drive outcomes.
  • Experience developing and refining customer operations measurement methods and holding teams accountable to cost-to-serve and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Strong business influence skills across intra- and interdepartmental stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP or other project management certification preferred.
  • Online marketplace experience and startup experience preferred.

  • Competitive compensation with a first-year salary range of $129,139-$171,755 in the greater Seattle area and $117,399-$156,141 outside Seattle in Washington State.
